A couple years ago I stopped being lazy and decided to learn how to do my own makeup because I felt like that was a skill I needed to know…especially to save some coins. I love everything about makeup and how it enhances your beauty. My favorite part of my makeup process is definitely putting on my lashes. It’s kind of like the bow the wraps up the present which is you. I wanted to create my own lash brand to give other women and men that same feeling while being able to create lash styles for myself. Omoge Cosmetics was created to give everyone that butterfly feeling when they blink their eyes. “Omoge” is my favorite Yoruba term because it means beautiful young lady, which is something I would get called by family members because I am indeed the Beyonce of the family. Even though omoge means beautiful young lady, we are inclusive to all so let’s change “lady” to simply person because males are also dominating the makeup industry.
