How Long Does it take me to receive my order?

Once your order is placed it takes about 4-7 business days (not including weekends) for us to process, pack, and ship your order. Once your order is shipped, shipping time depends on the shipping option you've chosen. If you select USPS Priority usually will take 1-3 business days and if you select USPS Priority Express it should be there the next business days.

What happens in case my package gets lost/stolen?

If you suspect your package is lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Once a package is in possession of the shipping carrier it is now the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We try to replace lost or stolen packages if possible but not guarantee.

Can I return my lashes if I’m unsatisfied?

How many times can I wear these lashes?

Omoge lashes are handmade and have about 25+ wears to them if stored and taken care of properly. The box they come is not only for display purposes but also are the most ideal place to store them. After every use, take of the excess glue on the band, and store them back in your diamond box.

Are these lashes heavy?

Our lashes are lightweight according to the people who have tested out the lashes. They are full but don’t feel heavy on your lash line.

Do these lashes fit on all eye shapes?

We have made sure our lashes have a long band so that they can be customizable to all different eye shapes and sizes. They are easy to cut so if you need to cut them down you won’t ruin the lash band.

Are these lashes stackable?

Yes they are, I know there’s people out there that like the extra volume so you’ll be able to stack our lashes to get the perfect look that you want.
